WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards.

We also accept Apple Pay when shopping on an Apple device, and Google Pay when signed in to a personal Google account. Please note, if you are ordering a recurring subscription, we only accept credit/debit card information on those orders.

WHAT’S MY ORDER STATUS?

You can always check the status of your order by clicking on Login in the navigation bar and logging in. If you are having trouble logging in to your account, please contact us.

CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within thirty minutes of placement, so we’re unable to make changes to an existing order. We’re also unable to cancel or modify orders that have already shipped.

WHAT DO THE DIFFERENT ORDER STATUSES MEAN?

1) Processing: Your online order has been received and we’re preparing it for shipment.
2) Shipped: Your online order has left our facility and is on its way to your shipping location.
3) Refunded: We have successfully refunded your money.

WHAT’S A  SNACK SUBSCRIPTION?

Our recurring subscription service allows you to get your favorite products automatically shipped to you each month, with 15% off and free SurePost shipping* every time! Minimum $10 for subscription orders is required.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SNACK SUBSCRIPTIONS AND ONE-TIME ORDERS?

Monthly snack subscriptions are automatic monthly shipments (set it and forget it). One-time orders are manual single purchases (one and done). Oh, and monthly meat subscriptions get you 15% off and free SurePost shipping* every month ($10 minimum for subscription orders. The minimum subscription order is based on the total dollar value of subscription items only. It does not include one-time order items). This is not the case with one-time orders.

WHEN DO SNACK SUBSCRIPTIONS CHARGE AND SHIP?

Snack subscriptions charge and ship around the same time each month, starting on the date you create the subscription and lasting until canceled by you. Just set it and forget it (or tweak it along the way—your call).

CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes. You can add or subtract items, or cancel, at any time throughout your subscription; however, any adjustments made after your monthly subscription has already been processed will be reflected in the next month’s shipment (and beyond).

Rest assured, we’ll send a notification email in advance every month, giving you plenty of time to make any necessary changes. We want this to be effortless, but we want you to get exactly what you need too!

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We offer the following shipping methods:
● SurePost (5-7† business days)
● UPS Standard Ground (3-5† business days)
● 2nd Day (2† business days)
● Next Day (1† business day)

†Orders placed after 10 a.m. CT will begin processing next business day. Processing day is not included in transit time.

Business days do not include weekends and holidays and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. All “delivery by” dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Standard shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2–5 business days. 2nd Day and Next Day shipping options are not available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from all free shipping promotions.

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses.

Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

UPS SurePost Shipping:
Orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 5-7 business days, depending on delivery location. All orders must have a valid street address (no P.O. boxes). Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2–5 business days. Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping and are excluded from free shipping promotions. SurePost is a “last-mile” service offered via UPS wherein the shipment will be sent with UPS and typically has a final delivery through USPS.

UPS Standard Ground Shipping:
Orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 3-5 business days, depending on delivery location. All orders must have a valid street address (no P.O. boxes). Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2–5 business days. Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping and are excluded from free shipping promotions.

2nd Day Shipping:
2nd Day shipping is only available on orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. 2nd Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 10 a.m. CT on a business day and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 10 a.m. CT will be processed on the following business day and should arrive in 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no P.O. boxes). This method is not available for Alaska and Hawaii.

Next Day Shipping:
Next Day delivery is only available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Next Day delivery orders will be processed the same day if they are placed by 10 a.m. CT on a business day and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 10 a.m. CT on a business day or on a non-business day will be processed on the next business day and should arrive in 2 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no P.O. boxes). This method is not available for Alaska and Hawaii.

Free Shipping on Monthly Subscriptions & One-Time Orders Over $35

Monthly subscription orders ship via SurePost shipping for no shipping fee within the contiguous U.S. A minimum $10 order on subscriptions applies. One-time orders of $50 or more receive free SurePost shipping to delivery locations within the contiguous U.S. See information on standard shipping above. All orders must have a valid street address (no P.O. boxes). Free shipping on monthly subscriptions and one-time orders over $50 do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No. Unfortunately, we only ship to the contiguous U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. Currently we do not ship to P.O. boxes, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses.

CAN I SHIP TO TWO LOCATIONS IN ONE ORDER?

No. Each order = one location.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We’ll be happy to replace an item for the same item you ordered or provide a full refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to the credit card originally used to purchase the product.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
